The frame is constructed from high-impact-resistant TR90 nylon in a split, semi-rimless design — meaning the frame runs only along the top of the lens — delivering an unobstructed lower field of view and a lightweight feel. The lenses are made from polycarbonate and feature Smith's ChromaPop technology, which selectively filters specific wavelengths of light to improve contrast and color definition on road and trail surfaces. Lens options include photochromic clear-to-gray (20–80% VLT) for variable conditions, as well as fixed-tint ChromaPop colorways such as Black (10% VLT) and mirrored finishes for bright conditions. The MAG system uses a magnetic-clip mechanism to connect the arms to the lens unit, allowing fast arm swaps without touching the lens surface and reducing fingerprint transfer. AutoLock hinges keep the frame open during one-handed on and off. Megol rubber nose pads and temple tips increase grip in wet and sweaty conditions, with two-position adjustable nose pads to dial in the fit.
