Handling Time

Our handling time is 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time required to prepare, process, and dispatch your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within the handling time mentioned above. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time - Denver) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Ground Shipping

Transit time: 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Two Day Shipping

Transit time: 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Next Day Air Shipping

Transit time: 0-2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Total Delivery Time

• Ground Shipping: 4-11 business days
• Two Day Shipping: 2-6 business days
• Next Day Air Shipping: 1-5 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
